Wellness seminars are an effective way to provide reliable health information, support lifestyle change, and allow co-workers to interact in a positive environment. Employees will have many opportunities to have their questions answered by qualified health professionals.

Seminars are offered separately or as part of a comprehensive 4 or 8-part series. The timing and frequency of seminars will be customized to best fit the workday.

The needs assessment will help to determine which topics are most relevent to employees. Other possible seminar topics include:

  • Are You Flexible?
  • Carbohydrate Savvy
  • Low Back Health
  • Intensify Your Workouts
  • Eating For Exercise
  • Health Specific Topics (ie. Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Bone Density)
 

The 8-part seminar series was informative, practical and effective. I have not seen such a positive response from my staff from any other program.
